By accessing CoreSpark and purchasing digital resources, you agree to comply with our platform terms. All downloadable materials remain the intellectual property of CoreSpark and our curriculum contributors, licensed for individual teacher and classroom use.

All products offered on CoreSpark are downloadable digital files delivered automatically in PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, or ZIP formats. No physical items are shipped. Purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for single-classroom or personal teaching use.

Due to the digital nature of downloadable files, sales are generally final once files are retrieved. If a file is defective, corrupted, or does not match the published description, please reach out to our team within 7 days for a corrected replacement or full credit.

All worksheets, assessments, lesson plans, and admin documents are protected by copyright. Unauthorised reproduction, bulk redistribution across public drives, or commercial resale of CoreSpark materials is strictly prohibited under South African copyright law.

To preserve assessment integrity across South African schools, current-year formal tests, examination papers, and memoranda are strictly sequestered within the CoreSpark Educator Vault. Public access to these materials is prohibited.

Educator Vault access requires manual verification of genuine educator status using valid school credentials or SACE registration. CoreSpark reserves the right to decline or revoke verification if fraudulent credentials or security breaches occur.

While every resource is aligned to CAPS and national curriculum statements, teachers and schools retain ultimate responsibility for ensuring materials meet their specific provincial directives and departmental subject guidelines.
